By referring people to purchase Vouch Group, LLC's ("Vouch") products and services at usevouch.com you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from joining and benefiting from our refer a friend program.
To enroll in the refer a friend program, you must be a paying customer of Vouch in good standing. Good standing means you have no outstanding payments due.
Vouch reserves the right to decline or remove anyone from the refer a friend program at any time for any reason without notice at their sole discretion.
Vouch is available on an invitation only basis to Coaches and Consultants. If your referred prospect is not a Coach or Consultant, you will not be eligible to receive a commission for that referral.
If you refer an eligible Vouch prospect and they become a paying customer of Vouch, you will receive a commission in the amount presented to you at the time the referral was made.
Commissions are paid out of cash collected from referred customers. No commissions are ever due until the cash to cover the commission has been paid by the referred customer.
Successful referrals are held in a "pending" status for 30 days to make sure the referred customer doesn't refund or dispute the transaction before paying out your commission. After funds have been held for 30 days we will send your commissions to you via PayPal.
Eligible Vouch prospects can be referred to Vouch by multiple people. The referrer whose referral link the referred prospect sign ups through will receive full credit for the referral. We track this internally for attribution purposes.
Vouch runs paid advertising campaigns on the most popular search engines and sites (Google, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.); therefore, we ask our refer a friend program members not to run paid advertising campaigns offline or online on any sites or networks for Vouch.
Also, please don't post or direct message members of any Facebook Group managed by Vouch.
This Agreement may be terminated at any time by either Party. Upon termination, and after the 30 day hold period, Vouch shall pay compensation due and owing for referrals made prior to the date of termination, but not yet paid.
Under no circumstances shall either party be liable to the other party or any third party for any damages resulting from any part of this agreement such as, but not limited to, loss of revenue or anticipated profit or lost business, costs of delay or failure of delivery, which are not related to or the direct result of a party’s negligence or breach.
In no event shall Vouch or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of participating in the Vouch refer a friend program, even if Vouch or a Vouch authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
In the event any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, that part shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement and all other provisions should continue in full force and effect as valid and enforceable.
The failure by either party to exercise any right, power or privilege under the terms of this Agreement will not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent or further exercise of that right, power or privilege or the exercise of any other right, power or privilege.
Vouch may revise the refer a friend program terms at any time without notice. By referring people to purchase Vouch, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms.
The refer a friend program terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
